'Twilight' Barbie Dolls: Take Home Edward and Bella (and Put 'Em in Your Pocket!)

'Twilight' forever! Fans of Stephenie Meyer's vampire series-turned-movie extravaganza can now take home their very own immortalized versions of Edward and Bella, as part of the just-issued Twilight Barbie collection.

This might be the closest thing Twihards may have to getting their hands on their favorite characters -- and just in time for the release of The Twilight Saga's highly-anticipated second installment, 'New Moon,' on Nov. 20. Costumed after the memorable "Forever 17" scene from 2008's 'Twilight,' the brooding Edward Cullen doll faithfully reenacts the vampire hottie's deathly pale skin (Mattel even included a nice touch of sparkly sheen to it), shock of hair, and Robert Pattinson's chiseled jaw line.

The Bella Swan doll's complexion seems to have a bit more melatonin, though that orange glow and pasted-on smile seem a little sunny for our usually dour heroine. (Sorry, Team Jacob -- no word on whether or not a Taylor Lautner version is forthcoming. Though maybe they just need more time in R&D to get his abs just right.)

Both are on sale now at Walmart.com and on Barbiecollector.com for the suggested retail price of $24.95. And what's more, they'll live forever! Who's up for reenacting favorite scenes with your very own plasticized versions? Are these dolls something you'd want on your holiday wish list?
